These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") stipulate the terms of use of the services (hereinafter referred to as "these Services") provided on the website operated by the Japan RA Health Professionals Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association"). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

Article 4: Management of User IDs and Passwords Users shall be responsible for properly managing their user IDs and passwords for this Service.
Under no circumstances may users transfer or lend their user IDs and passwords to Daisansha, or share them with third parties. When a user ID and password combination matches the registered information and is used to log in, the Association will consider that the user ID is being used by the user who registered it. The Association shall not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of a third party using the user ID and password, except in cases where the Association is guilty of deliberate or gross negligence.

Article 5: Membership fees and payment methods Users, both regular members and non-members, shall pay the membership fees separately stipulated by the Association and displayed on this website, by the method specified by the Association. If a regular member user is late in paying the next year's membership fee within the membership fee payment period, the user may be considered to have withdrawn from the association. If the next year's membership fee is paid after the membership fee payment period has passed, the user's membership will be continued, but there will be no reduction in the membership fee due to the short period. Non-member users shall pay the specified membership fee for each study group.
