At the Japan RA Health Professionals Association, we recognize the importance of personal information, and believe that the proper handling and protection of users' personal information is the basis of our business activities and a social responsibility. Therefore, we have established the following personal information protection policy and will implement measures to properly and safely manage such information.

When you provide us with personal information, we will clearly indicate the purpose of use in advance and ask you to provide it through appropriate means. Except when we have the consent of the person in question or when required by law, the personal information you provide will be used within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. The personal information we hold will be used to contact you, provide you with information, and send you e-mails and materials to answer your questions.
We strive to keep personal information accurate and up-to-date, and take reasonable safety management measures to prevent leakage, loss, damage, unauthorized use, etc. In order to ensure the safe management of personal information, we appoint a person in charge of personal information protection in each organization that handles personal information and provide appropriate supervision.
Except as required by law, we will respond to requests from the person in question or their agent to disclose, correct, delete, or suspend use of personal information. If we are unable to comply with a request for disclosure, we will notify you to that effect.
As a general rule, we will not provide or disclose personal information to third parties except when we have the consent of the individual, when we outsource work, or when required by law.
We will strive to ensure and improve security so that personal information protection is implemented effectively.
We will comply with relevant laws, regulations and other standards, and strive to continually improve and enhance our efforts to protect personal information in line with changes in the environment.
