Contents of JARHP Regular Members
Participation in seminars
You can watch a seminar called "The Japan Association of Rheumatology Health Professionals." that is held twice a year.
At the seminars, a specific theme is decided and special lectures are given by experts, as well as lectures by medical staff on specialized knowledge, techniques, and new information.
The event is scheduled to be held around June and December every year.
Participation in committee activities
JARHP is a group of rheumatic disease specialists. There are four committees: basic nursing, specialized nursing, medication, and rehabilitation (as of 2024). The committees hold mini-lectures (study sessions) once a year. Mini-lectures are audience-participatory, but not limited to this.
There might be something special
Every once in a while something special happens. I don't know what it is, but sometimes it happens.
JARHP Annual Membership Fees
JARHP charges annual membership fees for regular members.
The annual membership fee for JARHP regular members is 2,000 yen.
Regular membership runs from September to August of each year.
The breakdown of annual membership fees for regular members is as follows :
① Participation fees for seminars held twice a year
② Participation fee for mini-lectures held by the committee
3) Costs of running JARHP
If you pay the annual membership fee, you will not have to pay a participation fee to participate in events for one year.
Additionally, no additional fees will be collected.
The JARHP Management Office will contact you on August 1st each year with information on how to renew your membership for the following year.
How to register as a regular member of JARHP
JARHP is a membership-based organization. We will explain how to register as a regular member.
Register as a regular member of JARHP
①Please fill in the required information in the "JARHP Regular Membership Application Form" at the bottom and register.
② After the Management Office confirms your registration details, they will issue you a membership number, which is a four-digit number.
③Once you receive the email informing you of your membership number, please transfer the annual membership fee of 2,000 yen.
④After the management office confirms the transfer of the membership fee, you will receive an email confirming your registration.
⑤Your registration will be completed when you receive an email from the management office.
JARHP Regular Member, Annual Membership Fee Transfer
① Once you have filled out the membership application form and submitted it, the Association's designated bank account number will be displayed.
②Please transfer the annual membership fee (2,000 yen) to the designated bank account.
Note 1) Bank transfer fees will be borne by the person making the transfer.
Note 2) Please enter your membership number before the name of the person making the transfer. Example: 1001 Yamada Hanako
Note 3) The Association does not handle invoices.
Period of regular membership of JARHP
①The period of regular membership is one year, from September of each year to August of the following year.
② Regular members will be contacted by the JARHP Management Office in August regarding the procedure for continuing their regular membership.
If you wish to renew your membership , please transfer the annual membership fee for the next year to the designated bank account.
③ If you cancel your regular membership, you do not need to transfer the annual membership fee for the next year. Please confirm the transfer by the end of August.
If you fail to do so, you will be considered to have withdrawn from the program.
④ If you have joined as a regular member and are unable to complete the procedure to renew your membership by the end of August, you will be reinstated after September.

About membership numbers
Once you become a regular member of JARHP, the JARHP Management Office will issue you a membership number.
After you register, the JARHP Management Office will send you your membership number via the email address you registered.
Your membership number is a four-digit number. Please do not forget it.
About the JARHP General Meeting
JARHP holds its general meeting every year in November or December before JARHP Seminar.
All regular members are required to attend the general meeting, where reports on JARHP activities, schedules, budgets, etc. will be given.
For regular members who are unable to attend the general meeting, we will send you an email with an electronic form of proxy attached in advance, so please submit it.
